Intelligent Talk Television showcases recent lectures given by guest speakers at colleges and universities across Iowa. The collaborative effort between IPTV and participating colleges and universities provides mentoring to students, giving them the opportunity to shoot and edit the events for broadcast on IPTV’ s digital channel and streaming on the ITTV Web site.
